Come celebrate with us the 28th edition of the Wendover Western Festival from July 17 to 22, 2012 on a lovely site facing the Outaouais River, located at the Lucien-Delorme Community Hall in Wendover. The festival is an annual event where French and English country and folk music is in honor.More than thirty-five great shows with well-known artists. On the humorous side, we have a great French comedy show with the Markalou Troup called ‘S'il faut mentir, mentons’. We will also have the queen of the French country, Julie Daraiche;Coco Country Band, a group of 7 musicians and singers and a young artist from Bourget, Gabrielle Goulet. New items on for this year. We will have half a day of free activities for the kids. They will be able to attend a magic show with MicPo the Magicien, play on the inflatable structures. For those interested in Wendover’s historical background, Michel Prévost, well known archivist, will be joining us to talk about the historical background and answer any questions. We also have the Camper's Party where you can discover a lot of talents, which is run by a local artist, Ronald Beauchamp.
