The decisions which are made at Council meetings are recorded in the form of minutes by the Clerk.  The minutes are presented at the next council meeting where they are amended or approved. Once approved by the Council, they become a public document.

The regular by-monthly meetings of the Municipal Council are held at the Community Hall in Plantagenet, located at 200 Main Street, at 7:00pm on the first and the third Monday of each month, except on holidays; on such occasions, the meeting is held on the following day.

The Council meetings scheduled for the first Monday during the months of July and August are cancelled due to holidays.
