To Register For Day Camp: Before registering your child for the day camp, we ask that you read the letter to the parents as well as the code of conduct and to return it signed with the necessary forms. To register your child for the Day camp, you must fill out the REGISTRATION FORM. Please send the registration form by mail to the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, ON, K0B 1L0, or fax it to 613-673-4812, in order to help us plan the Day camp activities accordingly. If your child has a medical condition, you must fill out the MEDICATION FORM or the ALLERGIES FORM if your child has allergies or requires an injection for an allergy. We ask that you fill out the AUTHORISATION FORM FOR THE WEB SITE, in order for us to use the pictures taken during camp for promotional purposes. General Information: Dates: June 30th to August 22nd, 2008 The camp will be held at the Plantagenet Park at 550 Albert Street, Plantagenet. The hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, Monday to Friday. Pre-care and Post-care services will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday. Additional fees will be applicable for these services. Parents must assume transportation arrangements for the arrival and departure of the child(ren). Children will be grouped according to their age. An outing or special activity is scheduled for almost every week; the cost for these is included in the weekly fee. Cost Residents of the Township of Alfred & Plantagenet (with proof of residence ie: tax paper) Per week: 1st child - $50; 2nd child - $30; 3rd child - $15.
Per day: $20.00 per child
An outing only: $30.00 per child
