COVID-19

COVID-19 Sanitary Measures

  • If you are sick, have symptoms related to COVID-19, have been in contact with someone who is sick, or if your temperature exceeds 37.8 ℃ or 100 F, stay home!
  • Arrive and leave the pool in a bathing suit and use the bathroom at home before coming to the pool. Lifeguards will be required to clean restroom surfaces during breaks or as requested by the EOHU.
  • It is recommended that you shower at home before coming to the pool. However, for those who have not showered, showers will be available and will be cleaned between each person.
  • It will be strongly recommended to pay via Interac. A season pass will be available to promote contactless payment.
  • It will be possible to bring your chairs and toys from home for the pool. Only people bringing in their chairs/toys and their family members living at the same address will be able to use them. However, some chairs will be available and disinfected at each time slot.
  • When you arrive at the site, wait in line at the designated area outside the fences to maintain social distancing. A lifeguard will greet you and outline the rest of the measures in place to prevent the spread of the virus in our facilities.

A reservation system will be put in place to book a time slot for daily swim.

*Note: it is possible that the measures and restrictions will change over the course of the summer.
