The marina is now closed for the winter! We will be reopening in June 2024.

The Marina in Lefaivre is one of the places with the most potential in the area. Located beside a waterfront park, our plans are to expand the variety of services offered.

Boat Launches

The boat launches are open to the public from April 15 to November 15 of every year.

Please note that overnight stays are prohibited.

Boat Launches Parking Passes 

Boat launch parking passes will be necessary for those wishing to park with their boat trailer at the Lefaivre Marina or the Treadwell and Wendover boat launches. The parking passes on sale in person at the Town Hall in Plantagenet from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or at the Lefaivre Marina during business hours.

The money collected from the passes will help provide infrastructure to address site erosion and maintain the level of service. The passes will also be used to promote access to boat launches for our residents and taxpayers.

You do not need a pass if you do not have a boat trailer. However, please park in the designated spaces.

Mandatory Documents

Parking passes are available in person at City Hall in Plantagenet. To obtain a pass, please ensure you have the following information and documents:

  • Automobile license plate
  • Proof of residency
  • Driver's license
  • Boating license
  • Automobile and boat registrations

2024 Fees for Residents of the Township

  • Season pass: $ 25
  • Day pass: $ 10

2024 Fees for Non-residents of the Township

  • Season pass: $ 150
  • Day pass: $ 25 

Fishing Tournaments

The cost for the use of the parking lot during an official fishing tournament is $10 per person, regardless of whether the individual is a resident of the Township or not. Contact the tournament organizer for further details.
