Flags Half-Masted to Honor Fallen Police Officer

Plantagenet, May 11, 2023 - The Township of Alfred and Plantagenet’s flags have been lowered to half-mast in honour and solemn remembrance of Ontario Provincial Police Sergeant Eric Mueller, who died in the line of duty following and intervention that took place last night, in Bourget.

Mayor Yves Laviolette offers his most sincere condolences to the family of Sergeant Mueller and his colleagues and wishes to highlight the unwavering dedication of all the officers of the Ontario Provincial Police who courageously strive to protect the citizens of our province.
