The Recreation Department of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet is offering a free yoga class to all those who are interested at Larocque Park in Alfred.

When: September 8, 2023, 7 p.m.
Where: Behind Parc Larocque

*Parking is available at the Alfred Water Tower
*Bring your own exercise mat or towel and weather-appropriate clothing.

The instructor for this 1-hour class will be Michelle Levac from Lefaivre, a certified and passionate yoga instructor who will guide you through breath-centered movements that nurture strength, flexibility and inner peace.

If the weather is not ideal for the event, the yoga class will be rescheduled on the following Friday.
