L’Orignal, March 6, 2024 – The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (the “UCPR”) would like to share an update on the Prescott and Russell Residence Redevelopment Project. The move, originally scheduled for spring 2024, is now scheduled for fall 2024.

Dear residents of the Township,
The year 2024 brings certain changes to the waste collection system.
Firstly, we would like to remind you that the Township no longer ensures the collection of residential recyclable materials. Since October 1, 2023, this service has been managed by the non-profit organization Circular Materials. The local contractor providing this collection, Cool Containers, is responsible for responding to any questions and comments regarding residential recycling collection.
