Where to Watch the Live Council Meetings?
You can watch the live meetings on our YouTube channel or on our Facebook page, every other Tuesday night at 4:30 p.m. EST. Please consult the community calendar for the exact dates. The recordings of the previous meetings are available below.
Agenda
The agenda documents are posted on the website on the Friday preceding the meeting. You can use the table above to search for and find the documents for a specific meeting.
Minutes
Decisions made at a Council meeting are recorded in the form of minutes by the Clerk. These minutes are presented at the next Regular Council Meeting where they are amended or approved. Once approved by the Council, they become a public document. Use the table above to search for and view the minutes of a specific meeting.
Videos
Every meeting since March 2020 has been recorded. The meetings are also currently broadcasted on Facebook Live and Youtube Live the day of the meeting. Links to all meeting recordings are available at the top of this page.
Accessibility
If a person wishes, all documents related to open council meetings, as well as any previous versions since 2012, are available in print, French and English version. Our staff at the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet is available to discuss a document or to give you a summary. We are committed to being accessible to all.
