Speaking to Council in Person
Anyone desiring to address Council in person, on his own behalf, or by his agent, or on behalf of a group, shall notify the clerk in writing of such intention prior to noon, on the Wednesday preceding the regular meeting. You must specify the nature of your business to be discussed in sufficient details to permit a full identification of the subject and shall supply your name and your address.
Individuals wishing to speak at a meeting are asked to complete the online form and submit it through the website, or complete the PDF form and return it to the Municipal Office.

Questions regarding the Agenda
People are invited to send their questions to the office of the clerk via email, no later than the Monday prior to the meeting, at 4:00 p.m. Only the questions relating to matters listed on the agenda, will be answered during the meeting. Any other question will be forwarded to the appropriate department for follow-up.
