Event Details:
All are invited for a free evening of sunset yoga at Larocque Park in Alfred.
When: September 8, 2023, 7 p.m.
Where: Behind Parc Larocque
* Parking at the Alfred water tower
* Bring your own exercise mat or towel and weather-appropriate clothing.
The instructor for this 1-hour class will be Michelle Levac from Lefaivre, certified and passionate about yoga, she will guide you through breath-centered movements that nurture strength, flexibility and inner peace.
If the weather is not ideal for the event, the yoga class will be rescheduled on the following Friday.
