Alfred

• Where: Alfred Community Hall
• When: Every Tuesday from 9:30  a.m. to 10:30 a.m. starting April 21^st. 
• What: A full-body stretching session that promotes flexibility, mobility and strength.
• Certified instructor: Marielle Bouillon

Wendover

• Where: Lucien Delorme Community Hall
• When: Every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. starting April 30^th. No class on April 23^rd. 
• What: A full-body stretching session that promotes flexibility, mobility and strength.
• Certified instructor: Marielle Bouillon

Zumba Gold © 

Curran

• Where: Curran Forum Community Hall
• When: Every Friday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. starting April 24. 
• What: Low-impact, modified Zumba dance fitness for active seniors and beginners.
• Certified instructor: Stéphanie Boudrias

The winter session will be from January 11, to April 11, 2026. There will be a one week break the week of February 22, 2026. 

CSCE “Move, Be in Balance” Low Impact Exercises  

Wendover

• Where: Wendover Lucien Delorme Community Centre
• When: Every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• What: Light exercises to warm up the muscles.

Lefaivre

• Where: Lefaivre MGR Community Centre
• When: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• What: Light exercises to warm up the muscles.

Important Notice: While renovations at the Alfred Community Centre are no longer planned, exercise classes will still be relocated to Lefaivre beginning in January. Thank you for your understanding.

Programming follows the recommendations of the Eastern Region French School Transportation Consortium. If school transportation is cancelled, so are the exercise classes.
