Rental Fees
- Daily fee : $275
- Set up fee : $75

Deposits and Other Charges
- HST is included in the fees
- A $50 deposit is required to complete the reservation (the deposit will then be subtracted from the total amount owed)
- A $150 deposit will be required, in addition to the applicable rental fees, to cover any damages and cleaning required to return the hall to the same state as before the rental
- A charge of $50 is required for use of audiovisual equipment (projector and screen) at the Lucien-Delorme Community Centre
- A $150 deposit is required for the bar service. To recover your bar deposit, you must make a net profit equal to or greater than your deposit.
- Funeral services do not require a deposit
