Deposits and Other Charges
- HST is included in the fees
- A $50 deposit is required to complete the reservation (the deposit will then be subtracted from the total amount owed)
- A $150 deposit will be required, in addition to the applicable rental fees, to cover any damages and cleaning required to return the hall to the same state as before the rental
- A $20 key deposit will be required, to cover any lost or damaged key
- There is no extra fee for the bar service
- Funeral services do not require a deposit
