Rental Fees

Daily fee : $275

Set up fee : $75

Wedding Reception : $625

Funeral Services : $180

Hourly Rates for Community Programs (i.e. Zumba, Art Classes, etc.) : $32/hour

Deposits and Other Charges

HST is included in the fees
A $50 deposit is required to complete the reservation (the deposit will then be subtracted from the total amount owed)
A $150 deposit will be required, in addition to the applicable rental fees, to cover any damages and cleaning required to return the hall to the same state as before the rental
A $20 key deposit will be required, to cover any lost or damaged key
A charge of $50 is required for use of audiovisual equipment (projector and screen) at the Plantagenet Community Centre
A $150 deposit is required for the bar service. To recover your bar deposit, you must make a net profit equal to or greater than your deposit.
Funeral services do not require a deposit
