Municipal By-law 2010-95, as amended, states that one may hold a garage sale at no cost during the following weekends:
In addition, a maximum of three garage sales may be held on a date other then those previously mentioned, by obtaining a permit from the municipality. The fee for this permit is $15.00.
The permit must be available on site for verification by the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer.
The Municipal Law Enforcement Officer reserves the right to revoke the permit if deemed necessary.
